I think you have to look at the overall picture.

Um, so I would ask about triggers.

I think that's pretty important.

So I mentioned some of the classic triggers, really it's smell, uh, you know, exposure to different temperature, humidity.

In younger folks would be exercise.

So that's a big one for me.
