Okay, I guess the next question is, like, how do we find, for every day person that's listening to this, where do we go to find syndications such as yours?
18:08
Yeah, you know, that's a good question.
18:09
I think that the way that I, I'm making myself available by going on podcasts and by, you know, on social media and telling my story.
18:21
The algorithm determines, and I guess how much money I pay in ads, that determines who I ultimately reach.
18:29
But I mean, if you start to search for syndicators, they will pop up.
18:36
I mean, our phones listen to us.
18:38
It's just a reality.

person for me?
8:44
And as far as when you're getting into these, are they needing work or are they, are they, I know that you said turnkey in Alabama, was it the same in Michigan? You're just looking for turnkey properties or are you putting work into them?
8:55
And so the single family homes, I want it turnkey.
8:57
I want it, you know, to purchase it and kind of be done with it, get a property manager, be able to.
9:03
Now, the apartment complex that I bought is also turnkey, but I'm always looking for value add.
9:08
And the reason is because, you know, as a person who's trying to establish and build that wealth generation, wealth generation, you're better off with value add because, you know, if you have a stabilized asset, it can cash flow.
9:22
But, you know, there's not really much room for growth.
9:24
I mean, you want to be it's like in the stock market, right? You know, if you want to, you know, earn money faster, you go with the riskier kind of investment.
13:02
So there's usually that miscommunication, right? So maybe talk me through what was that conversation in the beginning and how did you end up getting to the close on that? Yeah.
47:04
Tell me
47:04
your thoughts.
47:08
My experience tells me that that's true.
47:10
One of the things that I've been doing over the last few months is connection calls.
47:17
My VA's jobs are to fill my calendar with calls with investors or with friends who I can have those conversations with and present myself as like a human being, not just like asking for money, right? And obviously it's not just asking for money.
47:36
I have a problem that I can solve for them that sometimes they don't even know that they have.
47:41
But the point is to be able to have a conversation and humanize myself and not make it sound like a sales call.
52:36
reality is perceived risk
