1:48
So just tell us a little bit about what you got up to.
1:51
So the theme of it was coming home.
1:53
So it was coming home to yourself, coming home to the earth, coming home to your connection with all of the plants, the trees, the mushrooms, the animals and coming home to your heart.
2:04
So that was the theme.
2:05
So we started on the Friday and we had a beautiful sauna there and hot tub.
2:12
We had a cacao ceremony on the Friday night as well as a beautiful gong bath by the lovely Sarah Stollery.
2:18
So that was amazing.
4:15
Like, how can people... take the energy of retreat what steps can people do what can they what can they as we used to say at law school the man on the clapham omnibus you know you out there what can what can people do to get some of those benefits how could they do that
21:09
Mm-hmm.
21:09
Within a week there were small signs.
21:11
He asked if he could have some cucumber, and I was like, "Yes, cucumber.
21:15
[laughs] That's the first fresh food in, like, a year and a half." I was like, "Definitely you can have some cucumber." Within a month he was asking to go back to school.
21:24
We'd had to pull him out for a year and a half, um, and he said, "Can I go back to school?" One of the things with him is he wouldn't sleep, so he'd be up sometimes for 48 hours.
21:33
Nothing would regulate his sleep.
21:34
Sometimes it was 24.

17 MINS LATER

38:25
Yeah
8:44
and they described it as wasteland when really they were food forests that fed all of the local area with abundance so people would take a bit of care of them but they didn't require very much looking after because they were interconnected and they supported life there for people to eat and so they finally this guys find it hard to go back into the records because they don't want to show you the records so all of a sudden bala within a 40 year as if it's some kind of conspiracy right the whole planet somebody's owning what they say in his wasteland but then when you're looking at the crops on there it tells you a massively different story europe has been colonized for a long time we haven't taken over right
9:29
yeah and we need to replant these and we can it's there's a big movement of the permaculture movement and this permaculture movement is the food forest it's Growing in this agroforestry way and it's still happening.
9:42
It's like the cacao.
9:43
I've just launched my own brand of cacao and where I get it from in Ecuador, it's done through agroforestry.
9:49
So it's permaculture.
9:50
It's not done where you plant these monocultures.
9:53
And this is what we've got to move away from for the mycelium, for our health, for the soil's health, for the planet's health.

21 MINS LATER

30:43
And it can be reversed.
6:53
to Clare Primary School for three hours we gave of our time we served of our time with a group of other parents and children helping transform the early years area and I tell you what there's nothing you can't buy the feeling that you get when you give You know, when you give, and I think that when we want to feel good, I think getting outside of ourselves and serving and acting without attachment to the fruits of our actions, just serving for the greater good, I think is a really powerful way.
7:29
There's a story that when you put on the World Healing Project gathering years ago and I was running the children's area and I didn't get to join in anything because I was just swamped with looking after people's kids so that they could join in the activities.
7:44
And there was a few things that I really wanted to do and didn't get to do them.
7:49
And I was a little bit down about it, but I was like, you know what, it's fine.
7:52
It's what I was meant to do.
7:55
And at the end, Stephen Ash, medicine man Stephen Ash, came up to me.
8:00
And one of the things that I'd really wanted to do was the Sabai ceremony that he was doing.

10 MINS LATER

18:12
got...
0:36
So just the floor is yours.
0:39
Yeah, so I've loved mushrooms for a very long time.
0:43
I've written a book, Seven Magical Mushrooms, and I've been working with mushrooms with clients for over 15 years and seen such profound results.
0:53
And so many people now are getting into mushrooms.
0:56
They're seeing all these videos on TikTok or Instagram, on YouTube, you know, they're having a huge amount of information being sent at them.
1:07
And yet a lot of people then don't know how to practically work with them, what to look for, how to really sit with them and get the most out of them, what the extraction processes are like.
1:18
So there's a lot of uncertainty around it.

7 MINS LATER

8:18
We've got one back here.
13:10
So did you ever see anything like that?
13:13
I didn't, thank goodness.
13:15
And if I did, I probably wouldn't be alive anymore.
13:17
And if I had seen that, I would have gone and tried to kill the people doing it.
13:21
You know, I would have tried to take them on.
13:24
But a lot of these things are hidden from people.
13:26
You know, I was taken there.

10 MINS LATER

23:03
Is that correct? And what kind of communications, what kind of interactions did you have with the director, Michael Bay?
19:20
Just summarize your experience at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein.
19:25
Um, well, you know, what happened was I was doing modeling.
19:29
I was a young girl.
19:29
I was studying psychology at the University of Cape Town.
19:32
I started doing modeling, you know, to earn income.
19:35
I got scouted when I was 14 by Elite Model- Model Management.
19:38
In fact, my mother wouldn't let me model then.
21:47
So- so when they say there was no Epstein client list, then what you're suggesting is that may be accurate, that it was Epstein himself who did the abusing.
