So Julie, do you wanna add a couple comments there?
16:20
I just wanted to say, like, um, as Carrie alluded to, um, there was a lot of time and, and, uh, and just dedication to really, uh, developing a really solid understanding of team-based care.
16:34
We're unlike a lot of traditional team-based care clinics where it is a group of providers who are working together, but they're still siloed.
16:41
They're still seeing a patient individually, and there might be some communication between the team, but it is not, uh, like it's going to be at the Gateway Clinic, where when we talk about a team-based care, what we actually mean is that we would have a, a, one or two or three providers actually seeing the patient at the same time to help support the patient and their holistic needs.
17:03
So again, it's not just, uh, one problem, one patient, one visit, but actually looking at the patient holistically, what is...
17:11
Because we know health intersects with all different aspects of their life.
17:16
And so we wanna be able to support them.

So lastly, for our educators, our healthcare leaders, and institutions across Canada who are interested in developing similar models, what lessons have you learned from this journey so far, and what would you share with them?
