So can you explain to me what you mean when you say our loved ones communicate with us through our intuition? Because for me, that changed everything.

Yes.

And I wanted to show you through what we've already talked about and kind of build off of it.

So you have to understand hearing everybody around me from being a little girl, say, listen to your heart, just listen to your heart.

What is it saying? Really, it's something that I have always, always practiced.

And when you work with angels, you can hear them through that same frequency.

Listen to your heart, but they feel that very high vibrational frequency.

How do you stay open to the signs without feeling like you're constantly trying to force one to happen?

Well, w- no, it, it's just more so...

And I, I've actually gotten to a point where, um, I didn't manifest this, right? But I can take the cards that life dealt me, and this is what I wrote in my new book, you can take any cards life deals you, beautiful or brutal, and make something from them.

And I'm really, really grateful, because I'm a completely different person today than when I started this.

But what I kept saying to God for over, like, the last six months is, "Why am I feeling this way? Like, like, why won't you just take this away? I don't want to feel this.

Like, let me just find acceptance.

Mm-hmm

Just talk.

And actually, the biggest thing that you could do is see them in detail.

So, um, if I just picture my dad, w- um, closing your eyes helps you to imagine.

Um, so you would just close your eyes and see, uh, what my dad's face looks like, what his eye color is, the texture of his hair.

If I touched his hand, what would that feel like? What is his smell? What is he wearing? All of that is almost the equivalent of going over to their house on the other side, knocking on my dad's home door, and being like, "Dad, I need to talk," right? And then asking them.

So, um, first you're knocking on the door by seeing the detail, and then say, "Hey, Dad, I wanna talk to you.

Hey, Mom, I wanna talk to you." Boom, they're right there.

Like, are oppos- opposites of-
