Before we meet everyone else, can you take us back 25 years? What happened in your life that led you to believe Team Kids needed to exist?

Wow, it's a long journey back.

I will quickly take you back a little bit further.

When I was 10 years old, I knew at my life at that point that I cared so much about kids and I knew I wanted my life to make a difference.

I knew I wanted to use my life even at a young age to help other kids.

I think I was a youth advocate when I was 10, always sticking up for kids.

Flash forward many experiences as I grew up.

Why was proving the impact so important to you, particularly as you began thinking about scale?
