Which in turn led to a series of different behavior for me that kinda led me upon my journey of looking to numb or seek ways to not feel all the emotions, 'cause I didn't know how to process them.

And so I really encourage everyone, no matter where you're at, yes, I think sometimes when we are still in a place of rawness we can sometimes feel maybe like a victim or like this happened to me.

And what I've learned is even if something happened to me, um, it might not be my fault, but it is my responsibility to walk that out, and sometimes that's messy, you know? But, um, what I really learned is there's a systematic way that I kinda was able to put things in place for myself of, like, there can be an event that maybe happens, and so many times people think trauma is, like, this horrific war kind of episode where now, thank God, through really good research we've found that trauma can be even a death in the family.
