What do you see as the, the biggest gaps these therapies leave unaddressed, both clinically and from a systems of care perspective?

Julia OwensGUEST
Um, they have narrow treatment windows of around three to four and a half hours, um, from the onset of the stroke, and many patients just don't recognize that they're having a stroke in time to, you know, get to treatment in that narrow of a window.

Julia OwensGUEST
Um, they also have a significant bleeding risk, which also prevents many patients from getting treated, which is why less than ten percent of patients, uh, receive these drugs, even though they've been around thirty years and for the right patients can be useful.

Julia OwensGUEST
As for the thrombectomies, the mechanical removal of clots, that has a much broader window.

What have conversations with investors been like? And are they focused primarily on the stroke opportunity, or do they also see the broader potential of building a, an emergency thrombotic care franchise?
