How would you describe the culture of Pickle? It sounds like very energetic and, you know, kind of innovative.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
We're very, we're very customer driven and kind of like product led as a company.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
a couple weeks ago with the whole company and we spent the first half of the day broke out into four different groups where we built out four new features for Pickle and each team was owning that regardless of whether they're working in the marketing function or the finance function or something like that and they were helping build out the next social feature that was going to be put onto Pickle or the AI mood boards that we might be launching.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
And it was great because at the end of it, with that type of activity and teamwork and the tools that we have nowadays, there were working prototypes and some code that was already getting shipped out.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
So we're very focused on continuously innovating and bringing in the ideas across the company because we have so many different perspectives that are coming in that are really helpful.

What does fashion apparel and circularity mean to you, both on a professional level and on a kind of personal and a business level?

One of your early users and what they rented and then how it snowballed and how much money they've been able to make.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
Early users, we had to be very scrappy to get some of those early adopters on the platform.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
Some of them were my friends that I went over to their apartments and I begged them to list their items on Pickle.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
And some of them were some of those first girls who attended our very scrappy photo shoots that we would host in Soho.
Julia O'MaraGUEST
And by influencers, I mean girls with a couple thousand followers here and there and say, hey, we're going to host a photo shoot.
