We have our charity application is submitted and is sitting with the Charities Commission, so we're actually just waiting, um, for the approval from the Charities Commission, but that's a little bit of a black hole in terms of, um, the timings.

Um, internally, which, uh, there has been a huge amount of work that's gone on in terms of bringing staff together, the, um, appointments, bringing them over, working, 'cause all the staff, actually very importantly, that all the current BASM staff and all the current faculty staff are staying.
