you know in terms of our unhoused population um really commanding attention in the community not always for the best reasons and not always in the best light but um you know can you talk about this land banking um concept uh because it is new i haven't heard well i don't know if it's new but you know it's not something i've heard of um but it would be interesting um you know to see how that could apply in communities like norman that have a large Like large swaths of empty commercial real estate and other areas like that.
