plan, Judith, for it? Or was this all, as in with yourself and Emma, did you go in with a kind of, look, we're going to do this for 10k, 20k, you know, or was it just, look, go out and just race it?
64:19
I mean, I am very inexperienced in the racing, you know, circuit about how to plan.
64:25
I had no plan.
64:26
And I kind of said that to him, I don't feel like there's a plan here.
64:29
And all he kept on hammering into me was like, Judith, marathons are not won in the first 10 miles.
64:36
And...
64:37
We obviously knew Sorco was running.

It

So yeah, I'm just interested to know if that was the plan and yeah, what were the expectations?
44:59
Yeah, I think, I mean, I was, to be honest, I had my marathon mantras, like I started this marathon mantra thing and I wrote down all things of why, like, you know, I should like almost believe in myself.
45:13
I was really trying to like reset my own limitations because like I'm very much aware and running now that the mind gives up far before the body does.
45:22
So I suppose it was trying to kind of do that manifestation practice and believe that But sometimes it can be difficult because I knew Sorca is a fantastic runner.
45:33
Obviously, she's a far better runner than me in all distances.
45:37
you know, when you look at her 10K half marathon times, everything.
45:41
And so I kind of thought that it was, the chances were pretty slim, but I suppose it was such an emotional roller coaster running up to Dublin too, because obviously Nicola Sheridan had been entered and you kind of, you know, you kind of hear grumblings of who's gonna be on the course and who's not, who's entered.

54:45
What was sort of your direct thoughts when you did cross the line and then in the aftermath, maybe you hadn't planned for such a busy afternoon after that, but I'm interested to know what kind of happened after that point.
54:46
So did you get a sense that as you passed people that you, you were getting real momentum?
54:51
Yeah, so I, 'cause it was kind of, I suppose it made it quite tough as well because I was kind of by myself a lot of that race because the, the first bit I didn't have a group.
55:00
Um, and then-I, up until about 12 miles when you came onto the Lisburn Road, then, um, I kind of saw, um, Melissa, the, the girl in third, um, and I thought she had had like a 2:33 predicted time or something.
55:15
Um, I thought, "Oh, there's no chance I'm catching her." Um, but I saw she was kind of coming back to me a bit before that, even coming up before, like, Boucher she was slowing down.
55:25
So I thought, "I'm gonna...
55:26
I'm" I just thought, "Well, I, this is, this is the time, Judith.
55:29
If you're going to, like, be- get that competitive edge out you, you need to kind of step up." So I kind of thought, but I thought, "No, bide your time.

And would any of the big, uh, kind of landmark marathons, London, Valencia, would there be any appeal of dipping a toe there at some point?
