How are you doing events differently?
8:12
Well, you know, when I first started in this industry, something like two decades ago now, you know, conferences were the best way to get in front of brand stakeholders, right? So these brand operators would walk up to a booth.
8:26
They would attend a breakout session.
8:29
And that would be the place that they would learn about new tech or ways to save money or make money.
8:36
And really think about it.
8:37
That's how interest was signaled.
8:39
That's how relationships were formed.

So, you know, to your point, what do operators want from their tech solutions this year?
7:46
The big question I really want to know, the other thing that I think that I'm super, super curious is the next question, which is, what are brands looking for right now? Like, cause you talk to executives all the time and what are the things that they're, what are the problems they're looking to solve?
8:03
If you look at the restaurant tech landscape, I mean, it's gone through a major reset over the past 36 months, right? So from 18 to 21, I kind of call this era the California gold rush of restaurant tech.
8:18
You had 70X revenue multiples, VC money that was flooding in and just not a whole lot of diligence that was happening really across both sides.
8:29
And then came the reckoning, right? So 22, it became zero-based budgeting on both sides.
8:36
And so with that, valuations have normalized for the tech companies.
8:41
Think about that 70X is closer to 6X.
8:44
And most restaurant tech companies ultimately are struggling right now.

What do you think the impact? Is that going to be good for Olo over long
