Yeah, where do you draw that line between making it fully this is you or this is, like, kinda based on me?

When I went into it, I didn't have a clear idea where I was gonna draw that line.

It kinda came with as I was writing it, because I would start writing it and I would start basing it off of my, my own experiences, but then new things would just come to my head of putting this in and to, to help make the story stronger or make the character different or stronger.

Because, you know, it, it is based off when I lost my sister when I was nine.

She was, she was my best friend, and she passed away when I was nine, she was 12.

And so the core of it is there, but when it comes to similarities between the, the character of Reece in the film and me, it's more Reece is his own character at that point.
