I guess what are the near-term steps in terms of setting up Altico? What's on your to-do list as CEO? Yeah.

Well, that's, uh, that that's the challenge, right? How do you look at where you want to be in three to five years? And then how do you lay out the, uh, the short-term goals and tactics that are going to help you get there? Coincidentally, I've got a strategy meeting tomorrow to kind of sit down and, and really plan offsite around what is short-term, what is medium-term and what is longer term.

The discussion here with you all is actually part of it, right? Ensuring that the companies have the visibilities in their local areas as well as a little further nationally.

And then working some campaigns, some expos, that sort of stuff to expand that visibility, but then also concentrating on building what I would call more mature business practices in the companies, right? Bringing some of those industry best practices or manufacturing best practices from some of those legacy companies that I've had experience at before and building some of that discipline so we can look at you know, the opportunity pipelines and funnel so that we, you know, we know where our business is coming from.

As we conclude today's episode, we always ask our guests, what is your best leadership insight?
