So tell me about some of the different startups that are in your stable or success stories that you sort of point to as, oh, they were once with us and now look where they are today.

So we really have a number of success stories.

It's really hard because the companies are all so different.

So they cover many industries from construction to medical to manufacturing, defense, logistics.

And I'd say sometimes they come right out of college and there are a couple of kids.

Sometimes they're serial entrepreneurs and this is their third company.

Sometimes they come with some seed money.

What's a piece of advice that you are most apt to give as a startup or a founder? And what's the question you're most often asked when people are looking to you for whatever it is?
