with both pmos and ha there can be disturbances in having a regular cycle we obviously talk a lot about ha on this podcast and that's a lot of what steady state performance nutrition does one of the things that we require before working with anybody is having them visit a doctor getting labs done and making sure that there isn't something else that's contributing to the lack of their cycle what are maybe some common similarities or differences between these two things? Because a lot of the questions that we get asked, like, could this be HA or could this be PMOS that's contributing to irregularity with menstrual cycle?
