What's the biggest challenge you faced?

Challenges, you know, even if you have the best intentions, running the production is very difficult.

I have done a one person show and still it was a challenge.

So there is, you know, it's not always that easy.

Let me give you a simple example.

There are so many schools in so many cities.

Almost 90% of these schools would have their own auditoriums.

Are you noticing a change in the kind of people that are kind of kids that are coming in and their approach? Are you seeing any kind of difference over, say, the last couple of decades? In terms of what they are coming there for and how it's been as conductors for you all, how easy or difficult or better or worse is it over the last couple of decades?
