What do you see on the horizon going forward that, like, we probably need to do a better job to prepare people for the next decade or two? Where do you see that trend going? Where do you see our education as people who care about the next generation of leaders, what do we need to be preparing them for, and where do you think we might have gaps we need to focus on?

Yeah, I mean, it really-- I think the, the number one opportunity actually is in people skills.

It's a funny, it's a, it's a f-funny term for our generation to be saying that, but actually the, you have more technically qualified people than ever coming into the workforce.

It's actually phenomenal.

It is so fun to see how smart and creative and, you know, technically savvy these people are.

But I can tell you that the workforce today is lacking people skills more so than ever.

And you can pin that on a lot of things and, you know, over the last fifteen, twenty years.

But I'm guessing there was this point, and I'm wondering what precipitated it.
