the subscriptions and everything yeah

yeah so we did all that and then um we talked to our office so listen we're going to get out of our office all our like our site managers obviously are on sites our project managers are on site we have an estimator we um we had in-house uh in australia but now we use a virtual assistant over in the philippines as our estimator awesome um we have our accounts that accounts people used to cost us nine thousand dollars a month and now anna she's from the philippines as a bookkeeper she's amazing and that is now I think it costs us maybe a thousand dollars a month or maybe $800 a month.

Like the things that we, we just, and like, we have like subscriptions for random stuff that we're always trying to, uh, and we just really cut a lot of things out to be able to, um, just to reset, I suppose.

And, and realize that like what we, if you can run a company, um, off the smell of an oily rag, um, It sounds ridiculous, but it really needs to work that way.

You're trying to be able to give the best product to customers.

If you're showing up in a flashy ute, I don't think...
