Mm.
6:16
But we are still, around 2009, we are still relying heavily on foreign traffic in terms of, uh, the ISPs or foreign, uh, service providers.
6:27
So what, uh, motivates me, uh, every time I go to NIITA is that...
6:33
Actually, even in my introduction, I didn't introduce that I'm a farmer, and that's where most my energy is put.
6:39
I'm just here temporarily in government serving in the private sector space, but, uh, I'm a big time farmer out there.
6:47
But what motivates me is that every other time I come, I may work for few years in government and leave, but when I go back home in Zimbabwe, how can I connect to a business in Japan to supply my beef or in China to supply my coffee or in Europe to supply my dairy products? That's something that motivates me, uh, to come and work and try and make sure that we broaden or accelerate a digital transformation, how our government relates to businesses, enterprises, and entrepreneurs, uh, in terms of, um, digitizing all government processes.
7:22
Be aware that, uh, there's a proliferation of systems in government and applications.
8:25
Wow.
