Who from Portage can we look forward to seeing?

We've got the Portage Rondella, Portage la Prairie Rondella, which is a Filipino folk collective, a trio that has been making waves at Filipino heritage events in Portage, and we caught wind of them this spring with their local promotion, and we're excited to bring them into our, uh, emerging artist venue to kind of showcase new and upcoming, up-and-coming talent in the Portage area.

We've also got Adam Myren, a singer-songwriter who is, um, not very well known but has an impressive, uh, array of original and cover tunes.

He's going to be playing in the earlier afternoon at the festival.

And we have, uh, Chris Messitone and Gareth Rice joining the workshop stage at the festival.

So that's an annual tradition where different artists play each other's songs in rotation.

Uh, so this year we have Oreet Shimoni, Prairie Soul, and Quiet, three amazing groups you've got to check out, and they play each other's songs, and you get this one-time collaboration of music you'll never hear again.

You've got, uh, it sounds very interesting how you're coordinating with some other local places to kind of create this mixed bag of come to one, see the other idea.
