How did you see the work that you were doing as real estate? Did you see it as real estate investing or did you see it as work?

I definitely saw it a little as both, but it was definitely work.

So at the time, I was a firefighter medic.

So you work 24 hours on and 48 off.

So on my two days off, I basically concentrated on doing real estate, finding deals, fixing them up, selling them, kind of before all the flip this house shows and all that were around.

I was doing it in Atlanta, which is where I'm from.

I definitely saw it as work, but I really enjoyed it.
