Wynne Gladstone, where you are, what do these models look like so far as you're concerned? Do you have any examples that you can give us as to what this might look like once that valuation has been done and corresponding?

Yeah, I can give an example to this.

So I'll read it out quickly because, yeah, I have seen a lot of models there sort of conflicting.

I guess the general consensus from them is that more tax will be paid under the new system than what it is at the moment.

But I've workshopped something, so I'll go through it, and this is sort of real-world figures.

So Kirkwood, the new estate out at Gladstone, four-bed, two-bathroom houses, Five years ago, they were $270,000, which was quite cheap.

Then five years later, that same property, $600,000.

So do you think that the regional value supply is thinner than metro? So do you think you're going to be dealing with less property investors than in the metro areas?

How important is that to you to try and to sort of explain to people that you can't just assume we all want the same thing or think the same thing about anything?

By random historical coincidence, by act of God, for whatever reason, the majority of Jews in the United States have ancestry from Eastern Europe.

That is not true in Israel and for Jewish communities around the world.

If you go into French synagogues, a large percentage of French Jews are from North Africa and they do not look the same as Jews of Eastern European ancestry.

Many of them speak Arabic, they have different customs, and for Americans who don't know the difference, it's easy to paint with a single brush a highly diverse people that has been shaped by every culture that has hosted them, usually for the good.

And it would be really nice if people listened to Jews as they describe themselves rather than telling Jews who they are or who they are supposed to be.

Because when we're told who we're supposed to be, all we are is static cut-outs in someone else's play.

But I do think the future of American-Jewish life hangs in the balance." Just to that end, how has American-Jewish life changed since October 7th and since the outbreak of some of this anti-Semitic violence?
