Well, I appreciate the kind words.

I wish it was that easy, as you described so eloquently.

There is some challenging times, you know, when we have Mother Nature throw curveballs at us like she has a few times here and there.

But at the end of the day, again, like we talked about a little bit, we have a standard.

We have an expectation, you know, whether that be green speed, height of cut.

you know what we're going to do and when we're going to do it to be where we need to be in order to deliver on that and and that's it starts with expectation then accountability and there's a lot from from my seat there's a lot less accountability when people feel the way that you described that they feel about the way that they take care of something that frankly they treat as their own and that's what you see in the product

Now, is there a philosophy here at Boyne as it pertains to that as far as sending groups off when it gets extremely busy?

What do you think the most important thing a leader can do to have success? people follow him

or her you know we we subscribe to servant leadership so which is really tipping the org chart upside down and serving your team i'm not up here i'm down here serving them interesting and so you know what what are what are parts to that we we talk a lot about in an annual basis you know a word that kind of is a guiding light for us for a year so patience patience is really about listening and about understanding and about being helpful and you know, being available.

And I think all those things go into leadership.

But at the end of the day, you need to be there to serve your team.

Why is the Epson tour important to Boyne, do you think?

You know, we want to grow the game of golf.

And as a PGA professional, that's our number one thing is growing the game.

And we feel like the opportunity to have this event here to showcase our facility, but also provide a platform for these athletes to develop their games and to go on to the goals that they have.
