So what are some of those strategies or plans that a business should have in place? So they at least have a sense of direction.
11:06
Yeah.
11:08
So I have a couple, I won't say frameworks because the people that I deal with always have sort of PTSD around that.
11:13
So, but I often take folks through sort of like, like all the, you know, the reality framework for lack of better terminology, but there's four pieces to it.
11:20
Number one, what is reality? Like in my situation, like what is real, right? And the question I often ask is, how do you know if a line is crooked or not? And the answer is, well, you need a straight line beside it, right? If you're always looking at the same line and you're standing in the middle of it, you can't tell.
11:36
Without a version of what healthy is, it's hard to say, am I healthy or unhealthy? Like, what are you measuring yourself against? So that's sort of the number one is, where are we? But also, like, as a group, as a team, as an organization, do we all see the same thing? And often...
11:52
Actually, I would say all the time.

early on.

So keeping, keeping kind of that line, as in some of the things that you shared ahead of us doing this interview and everything, talk us through a little bit about how you work with people to, to get back on the straight and narrow, to identify these issues and everything that, that might be going on, and just really set them on the right path to be able to, to, to turn around that business that they have.
26:30
Well, one of the challenges I have is that it's not as tweet cutter as I would like it to be.
26:35
But I have a couple sort of main staples.
26:37
The first thing I do with every engagement is the deep dive.
26:40
I sit down with humans.
26:42
Sort of my, uh, my goal is sit down with other humans, and I just ask them questions.
26:45
And quite often they're not even pointed questions.

Let's just say I have a le- a leader that's listening, and what would be the first three moves that you think would be ideal for them to make in the next 90 days if they, if they thought they had a company that was on the verge of being in trouble?
