Yeah, no, it was about eight and a half years is what we got out of Home Cafe.

And I'm going to cry during this part because Home Cafe is just, man, that was just a special place.

I mean, it was just exceptional what we did there.

So the goal was never, I talked about my friends leaving school and making all this money.

And an unfortunate part of the restaurant industry is you just really don't make money unless you're a chef at a really big restaurant or you're an owner.

And so I knew pretty quickly I needed to get to the ownership level.
