"Here's some cash on the side, just work till 10:00 PM." You know what I mean? [laughs] So...

But again, that really got me a lot of customers.

So when I left there, I had a good customer base.

Even going to other shops that worked on all makes and models, they would, they would then come there and give that shop business.

And what happened was is I, I had never, ever in my career worked for a dealership.

I'd never worked for a big, big, uh, dealership, no independent small dealerships.
