You know, I talk about this a lot just because I've been around it my entire life, but plaintiff attorneys really right now are focusing on DQ files.

What I mean by that is a lot of, yep, it really is.

Their job right now is to basically say, if your driver that was driving that truck should not have been on the road based on this lack of DQ file.

That driver should not have been driving.

And if that driver would not have been driving that day, my client would still be alive.

That's very compelling to, uh, to a jury.

I mean, it strikes me that a lot of brokers are just unaware of just how ruthless these plaintiff's attorneys are because they've never had to deal with it.

Yeah, I've dealt with depositions in courtroom work for most of my career coming from law enforcement and then going into the industry.

So we had eight to 12 fatality accidents almost every single year.

So I got to really get to really understand the transportation kind of depositions and discovery and courtroom work, obviously.

But I think the asset companies go back to your question.

I think they do have a better fundamental understanding of compliance just because they have trucks and people.

uh they have to have either electronic or physical dq files things like that that they see every day and they just have more problems i think from the asset side but uh but yeah from from an overarching theme the compliance for brokers has been pretty minimal.
