Guys, for anyone who isn't necessarily familiar yet with Kids for Life, can you give us an overview? What is the program and what is the problem that it aims to solve?

First, I'll tell you a little bit about the MedSurplus Alliance.

We are an alliance of various types of domestic and global health organizations, along with different types of in-kind donors of medical supplies and equipment.

And and of course, funders.

So what does it actually take to make that handoff happen? And who is involved in the logistics side? So I guess, Josh, help us understand kind of the nitty gritty or the complicated side of how one might bring to life the vision that something like Cuts for Life had.
