He's, he's compelling, and he knows when to raise the temperature versus decrease the temperature, specifically, uh, in relationship to his executive partners.

Yeah.

That, yeah, it's a, it's a g- it's a great, those are a, a great three foundational ones to start.

And, you know, I think Tom, you know, he does a really good job, um, balancing the patience, uh, with the urgency that he has to get things done.

Uh, he holds his confidence, um, and he's earned that confidence, uh, through a lot of trials and tribulations.

Um, you can tell when he speaks, people listen, and there's a reason for that.

He's proven himself time and time again.
