Tell us what you have planned for Cheese Curd Day.

Yeah, so I mean, the genesis of this event was we get together with our taproom managers, and we just kinda talk about what should we, you know, what should we do next? And it was the, at the end of last summer, we were all just gathered, and we were like, "Let's just do, let's look at the calendar and see what's next on the calendar." And we realized that there wasn't, like, something going on in October, and so we were like, we pulled it up, and we were looking at all the, you know, the special days.

And National Cheese Curd Day stuck out to us, and we were like, "Why do we not have a cheese curd event?" And so literally in, like, four weeks, we, like, threw together this whole event.

Uh, we got a bunch of local cheese makers together, and they came and set up tables and gave away cheese.

We got Parker John's to come and fried up cheese curds all day.

Um, we reached out to area, um, you know, restaurants and, and bars and stuff, and they, uh, submitted a sauce.

We had, like, a sauce contest.

Why was TCM in town last week to film at the Oriental Theatre?

We have just found that, you know, Wisconsinites are so proud of their state.

You know, we just have this like undying passion for Wisconsin.

And so we have this great beer brand and we had this idea last year.

Let's turn this Wisconsinitis beer brand into kind of like a Wheaties box and like highlight different great things about Wisconsin on this can, you know, on the label, on the box.

And so...
