We're gonna talk a little bit, uh, uh, of an example you have of your company at work for your clients.
0:56
Yeah, absolutely.
0:57
It's always a pleasure to be on.
0:59
And it's interesting because, because our success is tied 100% to the success of the business, you know, when we first started this, we said, "Well, what we're gonna do is we're gonna help negotiate debts down, and that's gonna improve cash flow, and that's gonna fix the problems," right? And then as we got into it, what we realized was that it's so much more than that, 'cause the debt is only there as the outcome of the root cause.
1:30
Okay, what's the root cause of the whole situation? So, well, if my success is tied to your success, I better find the solutions for you.
1:38
If I don't already have them, I need to build them, I need to find them, I need to add them, what have you.
1:43
And so that's where I think some of the really interesting success stories come into play because it's not just about, "Hey, we're gonna fix your debt.
4:24
... is unique and what sets you apart.
6:42
I mean, how do you beat that?
6:44
Yeah.
6:45
Yeah.
6:45
It-- You can't.
6:47
You really can't.
6:48
And it may be to the average, um, to the average business owner out there who's listening, it's, it, "Oh, well, it kinda feels the same." It's really not.

Your consultant is gonna charge you by the hour.

You're only getting paid if they take action, and if their situation is beyond repair and you're not going to recover money yourself in that process for your company, you're gonna tell them that.
1:11
Why don't you just take a minute to, uh, elaborate a little more on the company and its unique origins timeline-wise, and how they're so similar to today?
1:21
Yeah.
1:22
You know, uh, it's an excellent point because, so I'm, I'm, I'm fifty-six, Kevin, and I've had one really rough patch in business.
1:30
I've been working for myself since I was, gosh, eighteen, nineteen, uh, to pay my way through college.
1:37
Um, I, I had one rough patch in '08, '09.
1:41
I couldn't find the tools I needed with my, uh, accountant, with my attorney.
1:47
In fact, uh, what tools they did try to give me didn't fit at all.
