Yeah.

Uh, and as part of, I, I believe it was a farm that was a monocrop sort of broccoli, brassica type stuff that sort of ruined the, um, the na- the local ecosystem there.

So they re-put in a bunch of flora and fauna to, to reintroduce skylarks, one of which was barley.

And it was only there really to be, to, you know, get the insects and the critters and everything in that you need, um, to, for the ecosystem.

What can I do with it? [laughs]

Um, our lead brewer, Kieran, who is phenomenal, um, I think he's probably forgotten more about beer and brewing than anyone could ever, [laughs] ever know, um, tried it, and he was like, "This is actually objectively really good." So we bought it all off them, uh, and malted it.

And then, um, we also bought an entire bale of Bitter Gold hops, which is basically UK-grown El Dorado, essentially.
