We work with AI definitely to help us predict customer demand.

That's one of the key aspects of our activity that is being handled by, or that is being helped by AI.

We want to make sure the customer experience as human as possible.

And we want to optimize the number of resources that we have.

So AI is definitely a tool in the future for us to get rid of small, non-added value tasks.

That's the main purpose for us.
