But I'd love to hear your thoughts on that because I think it's one of the number one things that prevents people from saying, I want to pursue starting a new venture.
10:37
Yeah.
10:38
Well, I mean, I think there's a couple of things there, right? So, you know, a lot of people have taken time to build up their practice.
10:46
And they have this practice that they've built up, essentially a business.
10:49
And so walking away from that, it feels like you're leaving something.
10:55
But it's true.
10:56
We're physicians.

6 MINS LATER

17:17
You just have to know how to network and get the answers you need.
35:00
But what's surprising you that we're conventional screening is just missing.
35:06
You know, it's so there, you know, there's going to be 2.1 million cases of cancer this year, right.
35:13
In the United States.
35:14
And, uh, and that excludes skin cancers, you know, basal cell squamous, all those types of things.
35:19
So I'm talking about cancers that could potentially be fatal and, you know, the incentives in medicine are not in prevention we know that across the board right we know that the incentives are in treating disease and the same could be said for oncology the incentive is to develop drugs that treat disease and the incentive is to improve those drugs right and keep the patient alive.
35:52
And not to be cynical in saying we're purposely trying to do that, but that's just the way the system is built.
35:59
And so if you look at how many drugs have been approved for oncology in the last 10 years, it's 500 plus.
40:28
Tell us a little bit about some of the success stories that you've had that probably multiple, we don't have time for it, but what's one or two that stand out for you?
35:44
But what's surprising you that we're conventional screening is just missing.
