What rituals or systems have you found most effective for team health at scale?

We're meeting once a week all together, so we're having our design critiques.

I think we have created a beautiful space where people feel confident to share their work at every stage.

And that has helped a lot, actually.

That's been beautiful to watch.

That has been one of the rituals that is helping us a lot, also because in such a large team, seeing the work helps others make connections and then cross-pollinating across different teams, working on different initiatives.

So that has been one that has worked really well.

How do you decide where AI should enhance a user experience versus where it might overcomplicate them?
