So what's your point of view on this?

So my thought process for any founder is if you can document it, you can delegate it.

But this is actually where most founders get stuck.

They think that delegation starts with hiring and it doesn't.

Delegation starts with documentation.

Before I hire somebody, anybody, I want to have an SOP, a standard operating procedure.

Before I build an SOP, I want clarity on the outcome, though.

So are we are we going away from, you know, this very complex, you know, leadership structure and making the organization flat or no? Like this is something we're going to still need on the long term.
