So, uh, Jordan, can you tell us about what you call The BLAZE Method?
4:58
Yeah, of course.
4:59
Yeah, The BLAZE Method is something that, you know, I created as I was, you know, thinking about, you know, what is it that actually can help people? What has helped me? You know, what, what, uh, have I gone through? And if I reflect back on that journey, you know, what are some of the things that I did to get from being in the doldrums, being, uh, where I could potentially have kept myself down for a very, very long time.
5:26
You know, what were the things that I actually personally did? And, uh, and so that's really how The BLAZE Method was born.
5:33
Uh, and so The BLAZE Method is an acronym, uh, B-L-A-Z-E.
5:39
Uh, and what The BLAZE Method actually, uh, stands for is the B stands for believe.
5:45
Um, you know, you've gotta believe in yourself.

16:24
Mm-hmm
1:14
So what were your 20s like? And, you know, what dreams did you have back then?
1:21
Oh, man.
1:23
It's crazy to think, reflect back on that now, because I turned 20 in February of 2000, and life was looking great.
1:34
I was getting ready to travel across the country and open a new office for the sales company I was with.
1:41
And but but as you know, you know, sometimes setbacks can stop stop us in our tracks.
1:47
And so in April of 2000, 26 years ago, this April, I we were traveling across the country.
1:56
We're going to go open an office in New Jersey.

8:28
So, you know, what role has fatherhood played in your growth as, you know, a man and an entrepreneur?
4:03
Yeah, sure.
4:04
Okay, perfect.
4:04
Yeah, we'll just start with the fourth grade picnic.
4:08
So in the end of fourth grade, I was about nine years old, and we had this picnic at a park called Pier Park in Portland, Oregon.
4:17
And we were going to play a bunch of different sports and celebrate and eat hot dogs and just have a bunch of fun.
4:24
And I was playing baseball that day, and I wasn't ever really very good at baseball.
4:28
I played it for 12 years, but enjoyed more of the fundraising and selling the candy bars and beef jerky than I liked actually playing baseball.

12:02
So when did you realize your story could inspire others?
AbrahamHOST
3:12
What inspired you to start building your personal brand? And what lesson did you learn early on that made the biggest difference?
3:26
Yeah, so what inspired me to build my brand is I always knew that I had information and that I had knowledge that would benefit other people.
3:39
And that could be sales information.
3:42
It could be a story, a lesson.
3:46
It was 2019, and I started seeing people starting to do that on video on LinkedIn.
3:53
This is the first rollout of original video.
3:57
And so I watched other creators, and I saw what they did, and even...

corporate role.
14:10
Yep
14:11
... did like the longest livestreams and, and, and he-- When I was on a trip to Boston, I remember I FaceTimed him and, and he took, you know, an hour to just listen to me.
14:20
And after I was done sharing my story with him, he said, "Jordan, like you're, one day you're gonna have a brand bigger than mine." And, you know, he fed into me.
14:29
You know, he, he instilled something in me and gave me confidence when I didn't have it in myself that he just said, "Go start talking about what you've been through.
14:38
Go start talking about, you know, different experiences, coaching that you've helped people with." And he's like, "You're just, you're gonna find your people, you know.
14:46
If you just start showing up, if you just start posting short videos, tips, tricks, quotes, whatever comes to, to your mind.
14:53
If it's...

this language.
6:36
And then as I got older and started working with my dad in the landscaping business, I had to start really learning it.
6:42
I took it in high school, barely passed it.
6:44
I didn't really enjoy the language.
6:46
But when I started working with my dad and all the employees were Spanish speaking, you better believe I had to learn this language.
6:52
And so I started to actually appreciate it.

So, Jordan, go ahead.
