So what is coming into your mind in terms of patients with high burden or patients who have persistent disease and frequent injections?

Yeah, even if, you know, patients, most patients respond fine to first-line anti-DAGF, but if I find a patient who either because of A, burden of interval being too tight, or B, inadequate response to the medication, I'm going to try and switch them to a longer-lasting FDA-approved on-label medication.

If I can get them onto a Flibercept 2 or 8 milligrams or onto Farizumab, I want to do that as soon as possible.

The data just is overwhelming that those stronger medications are more effective.

and last longer.

They're more effective to get rid of the fluid, and they're more effective at being able to extend the intervals.

And so I strive to do that if I'm able to.
