When we talk about these things that startups are already doing that are very integrated into the kind of accelerator community, if you were working with a family business, what would kind of be the first sprint or structure you'd look at to help them modernize along these lines?

so rather than uh first i wouldn't come in and say this is the thing we're going to tackle today because i don't know that no one knows that except you so the first thing i would do is i would pick we would work together to pick one problem only one then you would name one accountable leader for that And then you'd identify either a six or a ten week period.

I like ten weeks because that's what we run our program around.

But a time boxed period, you know what's appropriate for your industry.

If you've got longer sales cycles, it might be longer.

It might be as long as a year.

I wouldn't go past that, though, because it needs to be something that you can iterate on quickly.

And really what I want to dive into is a little bit of those stories, but also how do you bring this innovation, this startup into an existing family business and meld those two things together for mutual benefit?
