We can find people that were dismissed and be like, this happened to me.

But this is just a fundamental misunderstanding of what the job is.

And this is a problem where when you have had such a narrow practice, when your experience as an attorney is so narrow that you just don't understand the job that you are called upon to do.

Because on any given day, you can be assigned to any given courtroom.

And the chief district court judge tries to assign judges to the courtroom that a judge prefers.

But sometimes you have to fill the slot that you're put in.

And I think that as a community, we need to be able to expect the judge that we appear in front of to know the job.

So is that what's not happening with certain judges right now, just throwing stuff out? Because they have done the same thing.
