We are very fortunate to have had several educational projects on the way to this point.

This first started with Wiltshire Youth Jazz Orchestra, which was a really great space to start to work out this music.

Steve called me and said, I've got this thing, do you want to get involved? And I absolutely did, of course.

So we started writing some stuff for that and we did a great project with students down there.

Following on from that I brought it to the University of Birmingham where I lead up their jazz delivery to work with the jazz orchestra there and that's where our first iteration of the jazz choir joined it.

And that was a kind of step two in the writing process.
