Playing devil's advocate, if a larger platform can just get me clients and overnight I can be seeing these folks through Aetna and BCBS or whoever we're contracted through, why not do that? What's the importance of staying independent? Why is that not something that you focused on?

Yeah, well, number one, I think it's easy for us to kind of go back to a principle of we don't control any of the practices.

We are a neutral software that want to make it easier for them to run their day-to-day.

And so almost like the business model in and of itself you know, while there is value in instances, it would almost be directly at odds with our core customers of what we're hoping to support because it would be unconscionable to think that all 276,000 would want to join a simple practice group.

And then those that don't, we're almost in many ways left competing with an MSO PC model has been around for a long time.

And even as you, you know, like you talk about a dental service organization, many other specialties use that model.

And I think there are, there are great reasons to set up an MSO PC model.
