So maybe, you know, just for the sake of my audience, could you maybe just kind of give us a little rundown on you and who you are and kind of where your heart's at?

Sure.

So as you said, I'm a physician.

I haven't practiced in about almost 20 years now.

I spent about a dozen years in academic medicine at Columbia University here in New York City area doing clinical trials as a cardiologist working in a transplant center.

And that was my background.

It wasn't neurosciences.

In
