So tremor can indicate lots of things.

And there are different types of tremor.

A resting tremor, when the patient's arms are at rest.

You might see it also in the jaw, what's called rabbit syndrome, where you get a jaw tremor.

Both of those suggest a Parkinsonian disorder, idiopathic Parkinson's disease, or often in our context, drug-induced Parkinsonism.
