Can you introduce that idea? What makes AI built for African realities and what makes it different from the Silicon Valley AI models?

I think we're definitely piggybacking off what the Silicon Valley versions of AI is.

It's about adopting it to the way we do business and how we adopt it and also our language sets.

And I think that's also a good fact is that we are very multilingual in terms of how we deal with contact centers.

So we're coming in in English, we're switching to EasyZulu, we're speaking to Afrikaans.

And I think that's where we represent that with these organizations is that we listen to these calls.

We understand from a South African perspective what we need to understand from a transcription point of view and how our models can understand that because it's very different from different conversations to different points.

I think they're called a shadow AI, right?
