I mean, what first drew you into this into the world of the wonderful world of real estate? I

mean, I think I probably slightly fell into it, if I'm honest, after university, not really knowing quite what to do.

I had a number of friends who were in a sort of sales world, whether it was real estate recruitment, headhunting, whatever.

And I think that I probably was most interested in property out of those things.

When you're an early 20 year old, the lure of a car and a phone kind of sealed the deal.

So that was history kind of written.

But I started doing it and I enjoyed it.
