Well, I mean, it depends what type of position you're interviewing for.

Let's say it's an attorney.

Like an entry-level person, you know, you kind of got to gauge how the interview goes and, you know, get to know the person.

I like just, you know, bullshitting with the person instead of asking these, you know, old questions that you would get in like a standard interview.
