What's the earliest signal that you can tell that, you know, something's gonna take off or, or maybe fail?
7:06
Yeah, that's a great question.
7:07
A lot of people come and say, like, "Hey, do you think this can work? Do you think this can be profitable?" The, the answer that they don't wanna hear is yes, every company can be profitable, which also implies that whatever they're doing to now hasn't been working.
7:18
But the big-the biggest indicator that I look for is when we do an initial split testing launch, we'll launch ten ads that all look the same, feel the same.
7:26
The only thing that's different is, like, messages.
7:28
We'll put ten different hooks on all of them and look at which ones have-- has the highest click-through rate, conversion rate, things like that.
7:33
And we launched one recently called ClaimScope, which just basically automates the process for filing, like a, you know, a hail damage claim about your house or whatever.
9:28
One thing I realized is that, you know, sometimes you're marketing a turd, you know? How do you know when you're marketing a turd, um, and you ne-need to actually polish that turd up versus you need to polish your marketing up?

So could you give me a little peek behind the curtain of how does it look like to work with you guys and the outcomes I can expect?
13:06
Well, our promise is 10,000 users and 20 investor introductions.
13:09
So that's the main thing that people will come to the program for.
13:14
That's what people want, but what they need is a profitable app.
13:18
And so our focus in the accelerator, which is, as I mentioned, empowerment, it's the guidance, consulting, advisory from me and my team, education, courses and video modules to teach you how to do the actual tactics and to put things in proper order.
13:34
And then execution, we actually will run the marketing techniques and some of the product.
13:40
do multiple aspects of the business.

That means
15:32
So what does a structured growth system actually look like behind the scenes for the successful app?
15:38
Well, over the years, starting with back in 2016 or 2014, when I founded my first app to 2016, when I launched my first growth agency, that's where we ended up getting TikTok as a client, working with Triller, some of those bigger, more enterprise clients.
15:51
So it was observing how they build and what... what levers open the next door.
15:57
That's really what this business is about.
15:58
It's not about doing everything all at once.
16:00
It's about focusing on the one constraint that is going to open the next door for you.
16:04
And so it's a heavy game of focus.

But what are founders and executives not paying attention to right now that will become critical for growth over the next few years in your opinion?
